Monthly/Quarterly PR Phone Calls
We make an effort to routinely get in contact with you to keep a pulse on our service and answer any small tax or business questions you may have. It’s important to us that we continually nurture the partnership between you and our team of professionals.

Engagement Feedback - MOP Reports (Managing Outcome & Processes)
After our year-end engagement, we follow up with a questionnaire to get feedback on your level of satisfaction. Some of the areas of focus involve our timeliness, if you feel you were kept informed, and things you believe we could have done better.
