  • Rhode Island Tax Alert: On July 5, 2019 the Rhode Island Governor signed a bill amending the state’s Business Corporation Tax by adding an elective pass-through entity-level tax. More on our tax update page
  • Connecticut Tax Alert: On June 3, 2019 the Connecticut General Assembly passed a $43.4 billion budget package that includes significant tax law changes aimed at increasing state revenues.  Among the most significant measures enacted are the reduction of the pass-through entity tax credit and the establishment of sales tax obligations on out of state sellers.
